Will Takewell, Associate Director of Leadership and Engagement

Will Takewell is a native of Ponchatoula, Louisiana. Will earned his bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana and his master’s degree in higher education and student affairs from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He is currently working on his master of science degree in hospitality management at the University of Mississippi. Will believes in the powerful ability for people to come together to solve problems and resolve issues. The only way this can be done, however, is through meaningful connection and knowing who we are and how we show up for the world. In December 2019, Will became a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach after working with Gallup for more than seven years on his college campuses. He uses this tool as a leadership educator on campus to develop stronger teams and individuals in student organizations and university departments.
Haley Anderson, Assistant Director of Leadership Programming

Haley Anderson serves as Assistant Director of Leadership Programming at the University of Mississippi. Haley was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Psychology at the University of Tulsa. As a highly involved undergraduate student, Haley discovered her passion for leadership and student development. Following her undergraduate degree, Haley earned a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration at Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. In addition to her academic work, she served as a graduate assistant for Leadership Safari, a first-year student leadership program. Beginning a career in leadership programming has been a dream come true for Haley. She is excited to integrate CliftonStrengths as a core component of the leadership development curriculum at the University of Mississippi as a newly Gallup-certified Strengths Coach.
